The Background Checks Report is where you can go to view all submitted background checks. You will be able to see the Type (Package), Status, Date, and Report Details for each submission.
On the left-hand navigation, click Reports, and then select Background Checks.
The Background Check Report includes a Status column with one of the following values:
- Error: There was an issue processing the background check. Please contact support!
- Pending (PMM): Protect My Ministry is still processing the background check. No action is required.
- Pending (Applicant): The applicant has not completed the consent form sent to their email inbox. This consent is required before PMM may initiate the background check process.
- Complete: The background check was successfully processed. More Details may be selected to view the results.
If the Status column shows Pending (Applicant), you can click the More Details link and then click the Resend to Applicant button. This will email the applicant the consent form again.
If the Status column shows Complete, the background check should be reviewed by clicking the More Details link, then the Review Report button.
Completed checks should be reviewed and marked as Accept, Accept with Conditions, or Reject; these statuses are displayed in the Assessment column.
Once a background check is either accepted or rejected, clicking More Details allows you to review the report information and edit a response if necessary.
