Learn how to print donor giving (contribution) statements and mailing labels in your People Software (ChMS) for year-end tax reporting or any custom date range.
Important! We've recently updated the process to print giving statements. While this article has been updated to reflect the new process, you can find an overview of the changes here.
Before You Begin
Make sure you’ve completed these steps:
-
Confirm your Giving Statement Template is set up according to your ministry preferences.
(See Customize your Giving Statement.) -
Test print a few statements to verify:
- Placeholders populate correctly.
- Layout and content appear as you expected.
Pro-Tip: You can test by printing individual statements for a few donors or create a temporary test group of 5-10 donors for a quick check.

Once your printed giving statements and labels are ready for download, you'll receive a confirmation email at your primary email address and an in-app Notification

If you're having trouble finding this folder, look in your computer's Downloads folder. (Downloads are typically found here.) If needed, try searching for "giving_statements". -
Double-click the zipped folder to open it.
- Inside, you'll find three folders (above):
- Giving Statements
