After a Background Check has been submitted, you can review the status of the Background check on the Reports > Background Checks page.
Reports Tool
1. Select Reports from the Navigation menu and then click the Background Checks option.
2. All of the Background Checks are listed. To narrow down the list, click the Tri-Dot ton and then select the Filter option.
3. Select your desired criteria and then click the Submit button when you are finished to apply the filters.
4. The list of Background Checks displays.
Click the name link to view the individual information page for that applicant, and click the More Details link to see the Background Check Details window.
The Background Check Details window displays the order details and a Log History. The Log History lists the packages or services ordered and their status.
Click the "View PDF" link to view the results in a new tab in your browser.
Profile Information
To view a single member's profile, find their profile in the software and scroll down to the Background Check card on the right side. This section lists the checks conducted on that person.
Tips for Efficient Management
- Use the Filter Options in the Reports Tool to quickly locate specific background checks by date, status, or applicant name.
- Always verify the details in the Log History for updates on status and any required actions.
Important Notes
- Background check results are sensitive and should only be accessed by authorized personnel.
- Results downloaded as PDFs should be handled in compliance with your organization’s data security policies.
